If you are interested in any artwork please contact us by phone or email. We work on a first come first serve basis and we will hold any paintings for a limited time until an agreement or not has been made.
In order to assist you in purchasing a potential painting that you may like we can provide larger jpegs and images or arrange a private viewing.
Sometimes clients would like help in framing or would like the painting framed prior to delivery.

For buyers outside the UK please contact us and we shall provide a shipping quote based on the country the painting or print is being delivered to.
Once a purchase is confirmed the item will be marked as sold.
By special arrangement paintings can be paid for in installments. A non-returnable 25% deposit secures the painting for you for up to 6 months, at the end of which any outstanding balance will need settling.

We accept several payment methods. To pay for higher value items such as originals a bank transfer or cheque drawn on a major UK bank is preferred.
Personal cheque drawn on a major UK bank in pounds sterling (£)
Personal USA bank cheque written in US dollars
International money order from anywhere outside the UK, payable in pounds sterling (£)
Wiring payment direct to our bank account please contact us for further details

Your full address (A street address is required). The address to which the artwork is to be sent
(Please provide an address where there will be someone available to sign for the delivery)

Items will not be dispatched until the full payment has been received and cleared. If you would like to confirm my trustworthiness I would be glad to provide references.
Pounds Sterling (£)
All prices are given in pounds sterling.
We are not VAT registered.
POSTAGE
Delivery costs vary due to size and weight and country. Delivery costs to England, Scotland and Wales are included in the price of the original. NOTE It is not included in prints unless otherwise specified.
We aim to process all orders within 5 working days or payment being cleared. However work commitments and exhibitions may mean this may take slightly longer but this will be explained if there is a potential issue at time of ordering.
PACKAGING
All paintings are shipped in bespoke packaging that will ensure the painting or print arrives undamaged.
Please inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting / signing for it.
You MUST make a note of any damage on the delivery paperwork and have the courier record the details. If you DO NOT couriers will say that the shipment was delivered in good condition.
PLEASE contact us straight away if this has happened and we will contact the courier.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
All items are covered by insurance for a safe delivery. If anything is damaged prior to it arriving at your address we will assist until the situation has been resolved. Some damage can be repaired or the painting can be repainted completely or partially.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS
Goods supplied to European Union Countries do not require a customs declaration. Outside of the European Union all international packages need to be accurately described, with costs, on the customs declaration document.
Customs and import duties are not covered. All additional costs must be paid for by the buyer. Please contact us if you require advice or information on this.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
VAT is not charged on Alan's paintings. In view of the limited supply, the availability of items depends on previous sales.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All customers who order online have a 7 day cooling off period. In that time if you are unhappy or have simply changed your mind please contact us and we can make the necessary arrangements. The buyer will have to pay for shipping/ delivery back to Alan's home address and when the undamaged painting arrives a 100% refund will be given.
Please note your postage expenses incurred during the returning of the painting are not refundable.
