There are about 35 species in the cat family. Unfortunately the Ocelot's claim to fame is that ist was the most used cat for fur coats. The Ocelot hunts mostly on the forest floor and it is attracted to rodents and small mammals around human habitation it is extremely easy to trap or shoot.
